Dá pra ir de trem?

"Dá pra ir de trem? / Can I go by train?" is a project that started in 2013 with four friends willing to discuss the city of Rio de Janeiro and how it was portrayed, locally and touristically. Financed by the Instituto Rio Patrimônio da Humanidade for an exhibition in the Carioca Center for Design, the project was developed through two years of research and field work to build an online collaborative platform (no longer online) to map the bars, restaurants, events, and parks in the suburb of the city, all within 15 minutes walking distance from the train stations. The website was launched in late 2015 and, with it, started the project's exhibition, with a series of videos, pictures, illustrations and infos.

In 2016, the project was featured at "Rolé pelo Rio Hackeado / Tour around the Hacked Rio", an exhibition on Museu do Amanhã
